It’s busy. We have some experts who are going to show students from the local university the inner workings of a buffalo and teach them how to judge how pregnant a buffalo is by reaching into the uterus. And they will talk about artificial insemination and how it’s properly done.
C’est l’histoire de deux femmes ayant une idée en tête : produire du fromage de buffles. Après deux ans de préparation et de réflexion, le projet prend maintenant forme avec déjà près de 100 buffles prévus pour la fin d'année 2017 et de nombreux fromages en préparation.

Mozzarella is the best pizza cheese because it melts, bubbles and browns better than any other cheese, according to a new study published in the August issue of the Journal of Food Science, titled "Qualification of Pizza Baking Properties of Difference Cheese and Their Correlation with Cheese Functionality."
